Know what AI is included

Built-in task suggestions are included. ChatGPT, Claude, and other external MCP clients are separate services; their subscriptions and usage fees are not included.

Keep files within reach

Your 1 GB allowance includes stored originals and previews. Up to 10,000 stored originals per workspace and 20 attachments per comment. Source services may impose lower limits.

Before you start

How does the free trial work?

Your 14-day trial starts when you activate it after accepting the Terms. No payment card is required. It ends without a charge or automatic subscription; continued access to paid features requires an explicit purchase. Buying during the trial starts your paid period immediately.

What will I pay?

The standard price is USD 12 per user per month, billed monthly in advance, or USD 108 per user per year, billed annually in advance. The annual option is equivalent to USD 9 per month and saves 25% against twelve monthly payments. It is one yearly payment, not monthly installments.

Are taxes included?

The displayed USD prices exclude applicable taxes. Stripe Managed Payments checkout through Link shows the total, taxes, currency, billing period, and renewal terms before you pay. If checkout offers a localized currency, the amount and currency you approve there govern your purchase.

How do renewal and cancellation work?

Paid subscriptions renew monthly or annually unless you cancel before renewal. Cancel future renewal through Link’s subscription-management options, or contact support@seflo.ai for help. Access continues until the end of your paid period. Account deletion is a separate action that ends normal access.

Does this include ChatGPT or Claude?

No. You can connect a compatible AI client through MCP, but its account, permissions, subscription, and usage fees are separate. Seflo’s built-in task suggestions do not require your own ChatGPT or Claude subscription. Provider availability and rate limits can affect AI features; the plan does not promise unlimited AI usage.

Can I buy this for a team?

Each subscription covers one user and that user’s personal workspace. It does not include shared team seats or an unlimited team.

Do I need to sign a separate DPA?

No separate signature is required when you accept the Terms incorporating the DPA. The DPA applies where Seflo processes personal data on your behalf. Someone accepting for an organization must have authority to bind it.
